Tatiana is quite simply the best realtor with whom we have ever had occasion to work. Our home sale offered a panoply of potential issues for our realtor – a 40+ year old house, a geographic area saturated with competing listings, a remarkably fast timeline from determination to list to listing, absentee sellers (we had to move out of state before we even completed the listing), a negotiation process that was frequently testy, and the need to accommodate repairs between inspection and closing.
It is worth observing two important things:
(1) Tatiana is a consummate professional. Not only was she able to make introductions to value-added vendors (house painters, an incredibly talented home stager, etc.), but also to move with alacrity, regardless of the need. She offered a price view of our target market, our competition, our objective saleable value, and our challenges, and customized a listing and process that were remarkably fit for purpose. She offered tireless diplomacy between our buyers and us, including calm, objective, and ultimately prudent advice at various stages along the way. Under the circumstances, it was a smoother sale process than either of us ever could have anticipated.
(2) Tatiana went well above and far beyond any reasonable expectation of a realtor. From small, but effective touches, like baking croissants for our open house, to essential helpfulness, like managing a flow of vendors to address various issues while we were several states away and separated by a COVID-19 pandemic-induced lockdown. Far too many times to effectively mention here, she made efforts on our behalf that we could not have reasonably requested of her, and she did so with cheerfulness and a complete lack of pique.

Tatiana had been so helpful when we were searching for our first rental that we decided to use her again to help us buy our first home. She was always quick to respond and willing to do MANY walk-throughs until we found both the right rental, and eventually the right home.
